Build me an Android app called Open Hitomi, an early prototype assistant with a cute floating hedgehog overlay that sits on top of the screen and feels a bit like an old school desktop helper. I want a BeOS style main screen, a chat bubble UI, on device API key entry for bring your own key chat, and the current chat target should work with Grok. The overlay should support long press actions for settings, mic, and hide to edge, plus drag to a bottom close target.

It should also have voice input with speech to text, solid mic permission handling, and recovery if audio startup fails. Add a small companion browser overlay that Hitomi can open, read from, and visibly scroll while it reads, with some fun visual link between the hedgehog and browser. Include optional Termux integration so the app can detect Termux, guide setup, run commands, and show a terminal transcript window. Also add a simple purple Solana wallet window with local wallet saving, overview, and refresh. Please make it build cleanly from the repo instructions, and check BUILDING.md or current docs online if needed.
