Build me a college website chatbot that answers student questions only from the college documents I upload, like admissions, fees, departments, programs, deadlines, and contact details. I want it to use the PDFs in the data folder, turn them into a searchable knowledge base, and give clear answers that stay grounded in those documents instead of making things up.

It should have a simple chat style web page where people can ask follow up questions and keep the conversation going, plus a way to save or export the chat history as a PDF. If a question is outside the college info, it should politely say it does not know and suggest asking the right office. Also add a small API so I can connect it to other tools later. Use the existing project setup if possible, and if you need current docs for any library, look them up online.
