Build me a Flipper Zero app that acts like a pager beeper tool for Retekess T112 restaurant pager systems.

I want a simple screen where I can enter the base key, meaning the first 3 bytes of the pager key, then type the pager number I want to trigger. When I press OK, it should send the signal for that specific pager. If I hold OK, it should trigger the first 20 pagers for that station.

Keep the interface simple and easy to use on the Flipper, with clear prompts so I know what to enter. If you need to check the latest Flipper or sub GHz docs online, go ahead. I only need support for the Retekess T112 for now, but leave the code organized so it could be extended later.
