Build me a clean, easy to use directory website for this Computer Science courses with video lectures project. Use the README as the source of truth and turn the course list into something people can browse without digging through a huge markdown file.

I want a homepage with a short intro, a clear list of topics like algorithms, systems, machine learning, databases, security, robotics, and so on, plus a search box that lets someone find courses by title, school, topic, or keyword. Each course should show the course name, university or source when available, and buttons for the course page and video playlist if those links exist.
