DheerG/swarms ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Claude Code plugin called Swarm that helps me turn a short description into a reviewed, ship ready pull request.

I want to be able to type something like /swarm:code add SSO so enterprise customers can log in with their own identity provider, and have it spin up a team of agents that plan the work, research options, build it, review it, and keep iterating until the change is solid. It should feel hands off after I approve the plan, and it should support other useful modes too, like triage and writing. I also want the whole flow to live in readable command and skill files, so it is easy to tweak without digging through code.

Please make it work cleanly as a Claude Code plugin, with the right setup, commands, hooks, and helper scripts so the team can run reliably, recover from interruptions, and produce a feature branch, commit, and PR at the end. If you need current Claude Code docs, look them up online.
