Build me a simple mobile game app called SideOut in this Expo project.

I want it to feel polished and fun, with a clean start screen, a main play screen, a score or progress display, and an easy way to restart after a round ends. Keep the experience smooth on phone and tablet, and make the UI look good without needing any extra setup from me. If there’s a sensible way to add sound, simple animations, or basic game feedback, feel free to include that too.

Use the existing Expo and TypeScript app structure, and keep everything easy to run with the normal Expo commands. If you need current guidance on any Expo feature, look it up online and follow the latest docs. Please build it so I can open it and actually play right away, with sensible defaults and a nice finished feel.
