Build me a Telegram media downloader that can log in with my Telegram API keys and pull all media from chats or channels I’m part of, including photos, videos, audio, voice notes, video notes, and documents. It should save files into a clean folder structure, remember what it already downloaded so it won’t grab the same media twice, and let me stop and restart without losing progress. I’d like it to handle more than one chat, either one at a time or in parallel, and give me options to filter by date, file type, and download folder. Please also add a simple web interface so I can set things up and watch downloads without only using the command line.
