Dirtywave/M8Firmware — reverse-engineered prompt

I want this turned into a clean firmware distribution repo for the Dirtywave M8. It looks like this project is mainly for shipping precompiled firmware, not the firmware source itself, so please do not try to rebuild the internals from scratch if they are not here.

Make it easy for someone to download the latest firmware zip, see what changed, and read the license terms. Use the existing release files, changelog, EULA, and third party licenses, and organize things so new firmware versions can be added without confusion. If there is already a release archive, keep that as the main download artifact and make the README actually useful for a normal user.

I would like a simple release flow and clear docs for how to publish future firmware updates, what files belong in a release, and where version notes should live. If you need details about M8 firmware release conventions, look up current info online, but keep the repo focused on distributing official precompiled firmware.
