Build me an ESX FiveM drug job resource for a roleplay server, based on the classic esx_drugs idea. I want players to be able to do illegal work with marijuana, coke, meth, LSD, and heroin, where they gather materials, process or package them, then sell them for dirty money.

Please include a money wash system too, with an optional license requirement so server owners can decide if players need a license to wash dirty money. Police jobs should be able to see or interact with the drug zones so it fits roleplay and enforcement. It should work with MySQL, EssentialMode, ES Extended, and esx_policejob.

Make it configurable, with prices, locations, licenses, and enabled drugs easy to change. Add English and Spanish language support. Include the SQL needed for items and licenses, plus clear install steps for putting it in the resources folder and starting it from server.cfg. Look up current ESX or FiveM docs online if you need to.
