Build me a Python tool that lets me generate custom deface pages and XSS test payloads for authorized labs and CTFs.

I want one script that opens an interactive menu, asks for the group name, hacker name, title, background music, background GIF, optional Bitcoin wallet, and the visual style, then writes a ready to open HTML file into an output folder. It should support the page text in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and include a few different dramatic themes, responsive layout, basic protections like blocking right click and common keyboard shortcuts, and a countdown timer.

I also want a second script that takes the URL of the hosted page and builds an XSS payload using a few different injection styles for testing purposes, then saves the final payload to a text file. If anything is missing, create the needed folders and setup steps so it works out of the box. Use the README and existing example files as guidance, and look up current docs online if you need to.
