Build me an Android voice assistant app called JARVIS that feels futuristic and works mostly offline, but can also use cloud AI when internet is available for better answers.

I want it to wake up from a hot word like Hey JARVIS, understand Hinglish and English, and let me control the phone by voice, like turning on flashlight, WiFi, Bluetooth, volume, brightness, DND, opening apps, making calls, sending SMS or WhatsApp messages, and playing music. It should also read the screen, remember past conversations, and support reminders and routines, including location based reminders and geofence actions.

Please make it easy to switch between online mode and full offline mode from the app, and give it a clean modern UI with a voice status animation. If you need to look up current docs or APIs for Android permissions or voice features, do that too.
