Build me a browser based IP address management app for tracking my network in one place.

I want to be able to add and edit companies, subnets, hosts, IP addresses, VLANs, DHCP scopes, leases, reservations, maintenance windows, and notes about locations and templates. It should help me spot IP conflicts, keep track of what is in use, and make it easy to search across everything. I also want a clean dashboard with useful counts and a simple audit trail so I can see what changed and who changed it when sign in is enabled.

It should work right away by just opening the app in a browser, and if possible also support a server mode with SQLite and Microsoft SSO for multiple users.
