Build me a simple open source Free Download Manager style app that helps people download files faster and keep everything organized. I want it to speed up downloads by splitting them into parts, support normal web downloads over HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP, and also handle torrent files. It should let people pause and resume broken downloads, queue and batch downloads, set priorities, schedule downloads, and control bandwidth so it does not kill a slow connection.
