Build me a simple web app where I can upload one or more PDF files, have the text pulled out automatically, and get a clear AI written summary back on the page.

I want it to feel easy for a non technical person, so the interface should be clean, modern, and straightforward, with a button to generate the summary and obvious download options for both TXT and PDF. Please use Python and Streamlit, and connect it to OpenRouter for the AI part. Make sure it reads API keys from a .env file so nothing sensitive is exposed.

It should handle multi page PDFs, show useful error messages if a file cannot be read, and keep the output nicely formatted.
