Build me a WhatsApp reminder bot that lets me send normal messages like “remind me to call mom at 6 PM” and automatically turns them into scheduled reminders. It should connect to WhatsApp, log in with a QR code, read incoming messages, use AI to figure out the task and the date or time, save the reminder in a small local database, and send the reminder back to me at the right time.

I want it to feel simple and self hosted, with clear setup using a .env file for the WhatsApp number and AI key. Please include friendly bot replies, basic error handling, and make sure reminders keep working after the bot restarts.
