Please get this repo into a working Windows desktop app for GTA V clothing modders. I want the older open source version of Durty Cloth Tool to build and run cleanly, with a simple interface where someone can create and manage addon clothing packs for singleplayer, FiveM, altV, and RageMP without needing deep modding knowledge.

Focus on the experience described in the README. Let users preview clothing models and textures in 3D, set common clothing options like high heels, hats affecting hair, and similar cloth flags, optimize textures with sensible defaults such as compression, mipmaps, power of two sizing, and optional downscaling, then export usable pack resources. Add clear warnings before build if something looks wrong, and make the whole flow feel guided and easy for beginners.
