Build me a privacy first personal AI operating system called Pantheon that runs locally and feels like a family of specialized AI assistants instead of one generic chatbot.

I want a clean web UI where I can talk to different “Gods” like Hermes for routing and messages and Hephaestus for building things. Each God should have its own personality and specialty, but they should all share the same memory so I don’t have to repeat myself. Conversations, documents, links, and notes should become part of a local knowledge base that supports semantic search, summaries, and connections between ideas.

Please include a simple way to create a new God through conversation, not by editing config files. I should be able to name it, describe what it’s for, choose its vibe, and then start using it.

Keep everything privacy focused and local first. Add support for connecting to common AI model providers or local models, but don’t send data anywhere unless I choose that provider. Include basic health checks, scheduled memory cleanup or consolidation, and a friendly setup flow. Look up current docs online if you need to.
