DwainTR/superpowers-copilot ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a GitHub Copilot CLI plugin that packages the Superpowers skills library so I can install it easily and use it right inside Copilot.

I want it to include all 14 Superpowers skills and the code reviewer agent, with a simple install script that sets everything up for a normal user. It should also hook Copilot into checking for the right skill before starting work, so the workflow feels automatic, like brainstorming first, then planning, then test driven development, debugging, review, and final verification.

Make it feel like a real plugin people can install from the marketplace or with one command. Keep the setup and uninstall steps straightforward, and make sure the skills and agent are wired into the right Copilot locations. If anything needs current Copilot CLI docs to do this the right way, please look them up online and follow the native plugin and skills format.
