Build me a small Python web app that opens in the browser and turns a timestamped lyrics file into an Arduino sketch for an LCD screen.

I want to paste in an optional YouTube link and load or paste an LRC file, then set the LCD size like 16 by 2 or 20 by 4. The app should preview how each lyric line will look on the screen, wrap text neatly without breaking words, and split long lines across multiple LCD screens if needed. Then it should generate a ready to upload .ino file that stores the lyrics in flash so it can run on an Arduino Uno or Nano.

Please also include simple serial controls in the sketch, so I can start, pause, resume, and stop playback from the Arduino Serial Monitor. Keep the interface easy to use, and make sure it works without extra Python packages if possible.
