ESS-LLP/erpnext-healthcare ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want this turned into a working web based ERP for a healthcare business or clinic, using the ERPNext setup this repo is based on. It should feel like one system where I can handle the core business stuff ERPNext already covers, like accounting, inventory or warehouse, CRM, sales and purchase, HR, projects, support, assets, quality, and website management, plus any healthcare focused parts this repo is supposed to include.

Please get it running locally with MariaDB in the normal supported way, make sure I can sign in as an administrator, and add some simple demo data so I can click around and understand how it works right away. I also want a clean starting experience, with the main modules accessible and no obvious setup errors.

Keep the implementation practical and close to what this project already supports. If something is unclear or outdated, check the current ERPNext and Frappe docs online and use the recommended approach. Include short run instructions so I can start it again later without guessing.
