Build me an EV charging management platform for station operators and drivers.

I want a system that can connect to charging stations in real time, show live status and sessions, and let operators start, stop, reset, unlock, and manage charging settings from a dashboard. It should support roaming with other networks, handle plug and charge, and include a REST API for the operator side.

Please also make two web apps, one for operators and one for drivers or guests. The operator app should have an AI assistant that can answer questions about stations, sessions, revenue, and operations, and can look at uploaded images, PDFs, logs, and other files.
