Build me a simple repo that acts as a public reference for subdomain takeover research. I want a clear list of common third party services, whether they are vulnerable or not, the domains they use, the fingerprint that shows a dangling setup, and links to any discussion or official docs. It should also include a short plain English explanation of what a subdomain takeover is, a safety disclaimer, and guidance on responsible proof of concept reporting so people do not abuse it.

Please keep the data easy to update, with the main list in the README and a generated JSON file of fingerprints that stays in sync. If there are helper scripts, make them straightforward so contributors can add new services without much effort.

The end result should feel like a community maintained checklist for bug bounty and security researchers, searchable and easy to skim. Look up current docs or examples online if you need to match the format people expect.
