EdenwareApps/Megacubo — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple but polished cross platform IPTV app called Megacubo that works on Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android. I want people to be able to add their own M3U playlists or public community sources, then browse and watch live TV channels and radio streams in one place. It should have a clean interface, support bookmarks and watch history, and include a small mini player or picture in picture mode so people can keep watching while doing other things.

Please make community discovery part of the experience, but be clear that the app does not host content and users are responsible for the playlists and streams they add. I also want language support for multiple regions, solid playback performance, Chromecast support, and an option to open streams in an external player if needed.

If possible, make it feel like a real desktop and mobile app, with builds people can run on the main platforms. Look up the current docs online if you need to.
