Build me a tool called Understand Anything that helps someone understand a big codebase without reading every file manually.

I want it to scan a project, find the files, functions, classes, and dependencies, then turn that into an interactive knowledge graph. The user should be able to open a web dashboard, pan around the graph, search by name or meaning, click any node, and see a plain English explanation of what it does and how it connects to the rest of the project.

It should also support guided tours for onboarding, a business logic view that shows domains and flows, a way to ask questions like “how does login work”, and a diff impact view that explains what changed code might affect. Please include commands for analyzing a project, opening the dashboard, explaining a file, generating onboarding notes, and analyzing a wiki style knowledge base.

Make it feel friendly for junior developers, product people, and power users. Use TypeScript, and look up current docs online if you need to.
