Build me a compliance app for Windows and macOS that collects evidence from the endpoint itself, then checks it against SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR controls. I want a clean dashboard that shows a compliance score, which controls are passing or failing, and lets me drill into the evidence behind each finding. It should also support scheduled scans, manual evidence uploads, and exporting an audit ready PDF report.

The important part is privacy, so keep the evidence local by default and let me run it either as a desktop app or as a self hosted web app with Docker. If it makes sense, include a simple way to sync multiple machines into one dashboard, but only when I choose to.
