Build me a Windows only threat intelligence app called PhantomEye that helps me spot suspicious network activity without needing any cloud account or paid service.

It should have a simple desktop dashboard where I can update threat feeds, scan Windows Firewall logs, check the DNS cache, analyze pasted email headers, and look up any IP, domain, or URL against known bad indicators. When something matches, show a clear alert with the time, what was found, which feed flagged it, and basic details like location and ISP if available. I also want alert history with search and filtering, plus an easy way to export results to CSV or HTML.
