Build me a local voice controlled AI assistant called JARVIS for Windows and Linux.

I want it to listen for a wake phrase like “hey jarvis”, let me talk to it by voice or chat, and speak back with offline text to speech. It should have a sleek Iron Man style orb dashboard in the browser that shows when it is listening, thinking, or speaking, plus a simple task tracker so I can see what it is doing in real time.

It should support different modes for different projects, so I can switch between workspaces and keep separate memory and context for each one. I also want a couple of personality options, one more formal and one more direct.

Please include the ability to connect to tools like browser automation, WhatsApp, and Android control, and make setup easy with a wizard that can create a new project profile. Keep everything local on my machine and have simple start and stop scripts so I can run it without much setup.
