EmpRider/ERC-Chart-Desktop-App ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Windows desktop charting app called ERC Chart.

I want it to connect to Binomo market data, show up to four charts in one window, and let me add common technical indicators and simple drawing tools on top of the charts. It should feel like a real trading style desktop app, with a secure shell, saved settings, and the ability to reopen the same workspace later.

Please also make room for JavaScript and TypeScript plugins that run in a controlled way, so they do not affect the rest of the app. If you need to, look up the current docs online for anything Electron or desktop related that has changed.

The app is being built from scratch, so keep the implementation clean and practical, and continue from the existing persistence and settings foundation already in the repo.
