Endxxr/EnderScreenShare — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple but solid Minecraft screenshare plugin called EnderSS that works for Spigot, Bungeecord, and Velocity, and supports older and newer servers from 1.8.8 up to 1.20.1. I want staff to be able to start a screenshare on a player, freeze them, teleport both people to a safe check area, block commands while the player is frozen, and then return them when the check ends. If the player quits during a screenshare, it should automatically punish them, and if LiteBans is installed it should use that. It should also have reports, titles, buttons, notifications, customizable messages, and a private chat between staff and the player, with LuckPerms support if available.

Please make it lightweight and easy to use, with English and Italian language support, PlaceholderAPI support, and protections for the screenshare world and players during the process. It would be great if there is also a small API other plugins can hook into. Look up the current docs or wiki online if you need to.
