Build me a local browser app called ULTRA FORCE for a construction business that can take in PDFs, videos, and Excel bank statements, read them with OCR, and turn them into usable transaction and document records.

I want users to review what was found, match bank transactions to receipts or evidence, flag missing receipts, add notes, assign items, and see a clear history of activity. Include work areas for reconciliation, review queue, exceptions, feedback, stored documents, search, evidence, and processed resources.
