EnterpriseDB/edb-installers ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a reliable build system for the PostgreSQL installers in this repo so I can create the server and the add on packages from one command.

I want it to handle the packages already here, like pgAgent, PostGIS, language pack, sqlprotect, and the server, and make sure each one can install and uninstall both silently and interactively. Keep the package registration working so installed components are written to the PostgreSQL registry file the way StackBuilder expects.

Please make the build flow simple to run, clean up any broken or missing scripts, and make sure the README reflects how to set it up and use it. If something depends on current platform docs or build tools, look it up online if needed. After that, please sanity check that the build output and package layout make sense for the supported platforms.
