Build me a simple web app for PakAgriVision that lets a farmer upload a leaf photo and instantly tells them what disease it most likely is, how confident the model is, and what to do next.

I want the app to feel clean and easy to use, with a clear upload area, a prediction result card, a Grad CAM heatmap so people can see what the model looked at, and a treatment section that gives practical advice like fungicide suggestions, dosage, organic alternatives, and prevention tips based on the predicted disease. If there’s already a curated treatment knowledge base in the project, use that to power the recommendations.

Please wire it up so it can work with the existing dataset and model structure in the repo, and make the experience polished enough for a demo.
