Erensu/cors ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a CORS network RTK service that can connect to multiple GNSS reference stations, process their data in real time, and generate virtual reference station corrections for rovers.

It should accept station streams through NTRIP, decode RTCM data, solve baselines across a network, estimate regional ionospheric and tropospheric corrections, and broadcast RTCM 3.x corrections back out over NTRIP so any standard rover receiver can use them. I also want real time monitoring for station quality, correction quality, and overall service health.

Please keep it cross platform for Linux and Windows, and make it self contained so it includes the NTRIP client, service side, and RTCM codec instead of depending on external caster software. If there are any current best practices or library details I should follow, look them up online and use them.
