Err0r-ICA/Ransomware — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a safe terminal app for cybersecurity awareness that feels like a ransomware collection menu, but it must not include or run any real malware. I want it to open with a big warning banner, a logo style header, and clear messages like don’t run dangerous files on your own device.

The app should work from the command line on Linux and Termux. When I run it with Python, it should show a simple menu where I can browse example ransomware names or categories, read short descriptions, see risk warnings, and exit safely.
