EternalTrail/eeVR — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Blender addon called eeVR that lets artists render 360 degree and 180 degree equirectangular or dome style images and animations using EEVEE, with Workbench support too. I want it to install as a normal zip addon, show a simple eeVR panel in the Render properties tab, and save rendered images or image sequences next to the current blend file.

The panel should let me choose the horizontal and vertical field of view, set a stitch margin for blending seams, adjust resolution scale for the front, back, sides, top, and bottom views, and set a wider front view FOV when useful. It should support stereoscopic rendering, including top bottom layout, swapping which eye is on top, and a setting to apply parallax for side and rear views when rendering very wide stereo views.

Please make it feel like a clean Blender tool, with sensible defaults and clear labels. Look up current Blender Python docs online if needed.
