Build me a working FlexOS development ISO from this repo.

I want a Debian based desktop Linux distro image that boots into KDE Plasma 6, with the FlexOS first run experience, update tools, recovery options, driver management, and the other FlexOS system apps that are described in the README. Make sure the build process works cleanly on Debian 13, and that I can end up with a bootable ISO I can write to a USB drive and test in a VM or on real hardware.

If anything in the current setup is broken or unfinished, please fix it so the build succeeds and the image is usable. Keep the result aligned with the README, especially the development release path and the QA checks. If you need current docs for any build tool or package, look them up online.
