Euraika-Labs/pan-ui — reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a polished self hosted web app called Pan, a calm chat first workspace for Hermes Agent that runs locally in the browser.

I want people to open it and immediately chat with their agent, see streaming replies, tool activity, approvals, and session history in a clean sidebar. It should also have pages to discover and manage skills, browse integrations and MCP servers, install and manage plugins, inspect and edit memory, switch between profiles, and view basic operations like health, logs, audit history, and exports. Profiles should feel like separate workspaces with their own sessions, memory, skills, and keys.

Please include a simple first run setup flow that can detect a local Hermes install, connect to the API, save settings, and then open the app on a local port. I also want basic login for the workspace, a mock mode if Hermes is unavailable, and simple commands to run it in the foreground, background, check status, view logs, stop it, and optionally install it as a user service on Linux.

If anything is unclear, look up Hermes Agent docs online and make sensible choices.
