Euro-NCAP/euroncap_rating_2026 ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Python tool that helps calculate Euro NCAP Rating 2026 scores from Excel files.

I want a command line app where I can generate a template, fill in the required grey cells, preprocess the sheet when needed, and then compute the final score report. It should support the four domains, crash protection, crash avoidance, safe driving, and post crash, plus an overall rating that combines the four domain reports.

Please make it work with .xlsx files, write the output files back to the current folder by default, and include helpful console messages so it is easy to follow each step. Also add version checking so files created by one version of the app warn or fail properly when opened by another version.
