EveryInc/compound-engineering-plugin ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a plugin for AI coding assistants like Claude Code and Cursor that's based on the 'compound engineering' philosophy. The main idea is that each coding task should make future work easier, not harder. It should add a structured workflow with a few key commands. I want to be able to brainstorm product ideas, turn those ideas into a detailed technical plan, have agents help me execute the work, and then run a multi-agent code review on my changes. A final command should help me 'compound' the learnings from the work to improve the system for next time. Basically, it’s an AI agent that helps you manage the whole dev cycle to avoid technical debt. It should be built with TypeScript and include a way to convert the plugin to work on lots of different AI tools like Copilot, Gemini, and others.
