Build me a local first desktop app for writing and editing LaTeX papers with AI help built in.

I want it to feel like an editor for researchers, where I can open a folder, automatically find the main tex file, edit the document, compile it, and preview the PDF all in one place. It should work offline, keep files on my machine, and support common LaTeX setups without making me manually fight with installation issues. If a package is missing, it should try to handle that for me.

Please also add an AI chat panel that can read the whole project and make direct edits to the tex files, so I can ask it to write sections, revise wording, or add related work. It should support multilingual writing too, especially Chinese and other non English text.

I’d like git tools in the app as well, like diff, stage, commit, and push from the sidebar. Make it cross platform for macOS and Windows, and keep the interface clean, fast, and simple. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead.
