Excalibar5601/open-webui — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a friendly private AI chat dashboard that I can run on my own computer or server. I want it to work with local Ollama models and also OpenAI compatible services, with a clean chat experience that feels good on desktop and mobile.

It should let people sign in, let an admin manage users, groups, permissions, and which models people can use. I also want document chat, where I can upload files or keep a small document library and ask questions about them. Add support for web search and opening web pages inside a chat when needed.

Please include normal chat comforts like markdown, math formatting, multiple model conversations, model or character creation, and a simple tools area for Python functions. If possible, include image generation connections, voice or video chat, language support, and install options for Docker and a normal Python run.

Make it polished and usable, not just a demo. Look up current docs online if you need to.
