Build me a scholarship tracking app where students can sign in, add scholarship opportunities, and keep everything organized in one clean dashboard.

I want users to be able to log in with email and password, use a demo account if they want to try it quickly, and then create, edit, and delete scholarship entries. Each scholarship should have a title, link, deadline, status, submitted date, and notes. Please include useful views like upcoming deadlines, status counts, and simple filtering and sorting so it is easy to find what needs attention. Make it look modern, polished, and responsive on desktop and mobile.

Use Supabase for login and saving data, and make sure each user only sees their own applications. If it helps, add real time updates and a sample data flow so new users can claim demo data. Also include a simple API endpoint that can accept scholarship submissions programmatically and a summary endpoint for weekly reporting.
