Build me a working FTC robot controller app for the current season using this project.

I want the standard Android Studio setup to open cleanly, run on a Driver Station phone, and include the usual sample OpModes so a team can start testing motors, servos, drive code, and sensors right away. Please make sure the TeamCode area is ready for custom robot code and that the existing examples are easy to copy and modify. I also need the AprilTag examples to match the newer tag system from the README, so they don’t break with the latest SDK changes.
