FadilPng/Maki-Archive — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple interactive Blue Archive character web page like a little browser viewer for Maki.

I want Maki shown on screen with her idle animation playing automatically. When I click or tap on her head, it should feel like I’m patting her and her head should follow the cursor a bit. When I click outside her head, she should talk with voice audio and a speech bubble subtitle. The dialogue should cycle through a few lines and not overlap the audio.

There should be two scenes, a home scene and a camping scene, with a button to switch between them. The background music should fade out and fade in smoothly when changing scenes, and the splash screen should only show once during the session.

Please make it work as plain HTML in the browser without an install step, using CDN libraries if needed. The Spine files and audio are already in the assets folders, so wire them up carefully. Look up current docs online if you need to.
