Build me a private self hosted web app for creating and organizing Mermaid diagrams and notes. I want a clean modern interface where I can write diagram text on one side and instantly see the rendered chart on the other side. Let me save diagrams, mark favorites, search them, and export them as SVG, PNG, or PDF.

Also add a notes area for Markdown notes, code snippets, LaTeX, todo lists, tags, and search, so it feels like a small personal knowledge base. Please include light and dark mode, local storage by default, and simple backup and restore using JSON. The diagram editor should keep recent versions so I can roll back if I mess something up.
