Build me a Command Code skill that helps me find dev focused YouTube creators worth pitching for a developer tool brand.

I want to start with 5 to 10 creators I already like, then have it look at their recent video titles, figure out the niche topics they cover, and search YouTube for similar channels. Please add a quick review step so I can approve or correct the topics before it keeps going, since I do not want generic results taking over. Then score the candidate channels based on how well they match the niche, how much topic overlap they have, and roughly how big the channel is, and give me a ranked CSV with about 80 good prospects.

Make it easy to run from a simple seeds file, and let me run the stages one at a time if I want to. If you need to check current docs or best practices online, go ahead and look them up. I also want clear validation so bad input or mismatched scores fail with a useful message instead of silently breaking.
