Build me a cross platform personal AI assistant that can talk with me in real time, hear my voice, and control my computer by voice on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

I want it to feel like a helpful presence, not just a chatbot. It should remember past conversations, give me a morning briefing, watch topics I care about, and check in with me naturally when it makes sense. It should be able to look at my screen or camera when I ask, search the web for news or research, read local files, help with coding, send messages, manage reminders, and do basic system actions like volume, brightness, WiFi, windows, and launching apps.

Give it a clean always on desktop interface with a voice indicator, conversation log, camera and screen view, and quick controls. Include a simple setup flow for my API key and preferences, plus a way to change the assistant name and my name. If anything needs current docs or setup details, look them up online while building it.
