Build me a cross platform personal AI assistant in Python that can talk with me in real time, hear my voice, speak back, and control my computer on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

I want it to open as a nice desktop app with an animated avatar and live voice waveform, plus a simple control panel where I can pick the microphone, speaker, voice, and theme color. It should be able to wake on a phrase like Hey Jarvis, or use push to talk, and it should understand screen content, local files, web searches, browser actions, app launching, volume, brightness, and other basic system tasks. It should also remember useful things about me between sessions, show me what it has stored, and let me delete memory entries or undo recent actions.

Please make it support plugins so new skills can be added easily, and give it a clean dashboard for status, memory, and settings. If you need to look up current docs or APIs while building it, go ahead.
