Build me a clean website for developer cheat sheets, similar to cheatsheets.zip. I want visitors to land on a simple home page where they can browse topics by category, like programming languages, developer tools, Linux commands, databases, and common formats. Each topic should have its own easy to scan page with short sections, code examples, command examples, and copy friendly snippets for things like Bash, Python, JavaScript, CSS, Docker, Git, Vim, Markdown, grep, sed, and awk.
Please make the layout pleasant and fast, with a clear title, topic description, table of contents, readable code blocks, and a way to jump between related cheat sheets. It should work well on mobile and desktop. Also make it easy for me or other contributors to add new cheat sheets later without touching lots of code. Use the current project style and tools you think fit best, and look up current docs online if you need to.
