Build me a .NET 6 employee management Web API that handles departments, managers, regular employees, and tasks.

I want admins to be able to create, view, update, and delete departments, and also manage employees and managers. Managers should be able to see the employees in their own department and assign tasks to them. Employees should have profiles and be able to view their assigned tasks. Please include login with JWT authentication, and make the API easy to test in Swagger.

Use Entity Framework Core with SQL Server and keep things clean with DTOs or view models, validation, and mapping between models and API responses. If it helps, set up the usual layers for controllers, services, repositories, and a unit of work style structure.
